Kyoto End Run By Environmentalists

Unable to convince the majority of the American people or Congress to destroy our economy by signing on to the ill-conceived Kyoto Protocol, the extreme Greens are trying to get the courts to force the EPA to regulate carbon dioxide. The Supreme Court of the United States has agreed to hear the case. Will SCOTUS make the right decision? Don't hold your breath. (Pun intended, of course.)
