Man admits he tried to smuggle Iranian national across border.

According to Monday's plea deal, [Zeayadali] Malhamdary admitted that around September 2004, he began negotiating with someone to bring a group of Iranian nationals to the U.S.

Fortunately, it turned out to be an undercover border patrol agent. However, somehow I don't find this story all that comforting.
